Job Title: Business Developer (Saudi Female)

Location:Riyadh Department: Business Development / Sales

Reports to: Business Development Manager / CEO

Job Purpose:

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company in line with market trends. The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication and negotiation skills to expand the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and projects) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular progress reports and sales forecasts to management.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi market regulations, policies, and cultural norms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in construction, contracting, trading, or related sectors).
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
