Job Title: Business Developer (Upwork)

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer with 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition to join our team.

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + Commissions

Office Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal, Lahore (Near UCP)

Responsibilities:

• Bid on projects and send proposals on Upwork
• Communicate with potential clients and close deals
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience on Upwork
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of digital services (SEO, design, development, marketing)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
