Business Developer – Upwork Specialist

About Us

DeskFrnd is a UK–registered outsourcing company with operational teams in Pakistan. We specialize in customer support, recruitment, and digital solutions for international clients (mainly UK/USA). We’re now expanding into freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and looking for a dedicated Bidding Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating leads and winning projects on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The role requires writing strong proposals, communicating with clients, and collaborating with our support staff (Ayub) who will assist in handling client communications where needed.

This is a performance-driven role with both fixed salary and commission-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Search, shortlist, and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork/Fiverr.

Write tailored, professional, and persuasive proposals for each client.

Handle initial communication with clients, with support from Ayub when required.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects.

Meet weekly and monthly bidding KPIs (to be defined during onboarding).

Collaborate with the DeskFrnd team for smooth onboarding of won projects.

What We Offer

Fixed Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000/month (depending on experience).

Commission Structure on top of it (Will discuss in person).

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in freelance bidding (Upwork, Fiverr, or similar).

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Ability to create customized proposals (not copy-paste).

Familiarity with CRM tools and bidding strategies.

Self-motivated, consistent, and target-oriented.
