Business Developers

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join Bootlogix, a fast-growing IT company. At The Bootlogix, we value creativity, collaboration, and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy, with a proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities in the digital agency field.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, has a deep understanding of the creative industry, and can drive growth for our agency’s services, including branding, web design & development, video editing, digital marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Research and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for company growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals, sales decks, and pitches with client needs.
  • Manage outreach through emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Proven ability to generate, nurture, and close leads

✅ Proficiency with CRM tools

✅ Ability to research, analyze, and identify market trends and opportunities

✅ Comfortable with outreach through cold emails, DMs, and calls

✅ Strategic thinker with knowledge of creative agency services (branding, design, web development, digital marketing, content)

✅ Basic understanding of marketing funnels and service-based selling

✅ Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini automation platforms) is a plus
