Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via calls & messages
• Convert provided and self-generated leads into deals
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain proper lead and client records
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Answer to all customer queries in an effective way.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Job Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time (Based on performance)

Compensation:

✅ Basic Salary
✅ Commission on every lead converted
✅ Commission applicable on leads converted via calls, WhatsApp, social media, or any platform

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or any other field
• Must have experience in real estate
• Basic IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets and MS Office
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
