AI SEO & GEO Specialist (LLM, AEO, Generative Search)

Search is no longer limited to traditional blue links. We are hiring an AI SEO & GEO Specialist who understands how software services get discovered, summarized, and cited by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. This role focuses on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and LLM-focused SEO strategies to ensure our brand appears in conversational answers and AI-generated summaries.

Core Focus Areas:

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI-powered chat and search
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for conversational and voice search
• LLM / AI SEO using NLP-based content structuring
• Entity-based SEO and brand authority building

Responsibilities:

• Optimize content for AI-driven discovery and citation
• Improve visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
• Structure content for AI comprehension using semantic formatting
• Implement entity-based SEO and user intent mapping
• Optimize service pages, blogs, case studies, and knowledge content
• Apply structured data and schema where applicable
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
• Track performance across organic search and AI visibility
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or content optimization experience
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-readable content
• Practical exposure to GEO, AEO, and LLM-focused SEO
• Understanding of how AI systems evaluate content clarity and authority
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into structured content
• Comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in software services, SaaS, or HealthTech
• Familiarity with NLP, semantic search, and topic clusters
• Experience optimizing for featured snippets and AI summaries
• Understanding of brand authority and citation signals
