Job Title: Business Development Officer (Manpower Supply)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our growing manpower supply company based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our manpower services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and business presentations
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in manpower supply business
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi manpower market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• SAR 5,100 – SAR 8,100 (depending on experience)
• Other benefits as per Saudi labor law
