We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire clients for marketing services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Identify decision-makers and approach them with tailored marketing solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within digital marketing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels.
• Previous UAE market experience is a must.
• Ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
