Business Development Analyst, Global Private Markets Institution, Riyadh

Our client, a leading global investment firm specializing in tailored Private Markets solutions for institutional clients, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development professional to support the existing client managers and business development team with outreach, with the Middle East as a primary focus. The group integrates Primary investments, Secondary investments, Co-Investments / Direct investments, Data Services, and Portfolio Analytics & Reporting across all Private Market asset classes to design and build customized Private Market portfolios and deliver high-standard client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Using Salesforce proactively to build prospect lists, manage events, and provide day-to-day updates
  • Collaborate with the existing sales team to build sales momentum and opportunities
  • Liaise between asset class and sales teams
  • Construct customised presentations for separately managed accounts / bespoke opportunities
  • Plan events, including logistics around AV, presentations, venues, and invite lists
  • Respond to information requests by e-mail and/or phone
  • Join client meetings where applicable
  • Support roadshows and fundraising campaigns
  • Generate internal reports
  • Upload and maintain research data within Salesforce
  • Able to travel to different offices and event locations as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree at minimum
  • Related client service experience in financial services, alternative funds, corporate administration, or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Open and Closed Ended Structures
  • Highly motivated with initiative, independence, and adaptability
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using and managing Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and Microsoft SharePoint or equivalent databases
  • Meticulous attention to detail; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a detail-oriented environment
  • Enthusiastic about private markets
  • Ability to communicate confidently to a wide range of audiences, including senior team members
  • Willing to learn quickly and grow the client base across asset classes
  • Interest or experience in the Middle East market
