As Business Planning & Development Manager, you will drive Apple Turkiye’s end-to-end BD efforts from inception to flawless implementation while demonstrating passion to create and deliver new, innovative consumer offers to make Apple products and services more accessible to consumers. Your expertise on affordability schemes in the country is a must have for the position. This is a highly visible and critical role in team Turkiye, working directly with Apple senior leadership, local sales teams, channel partners, banks, trade-in vendors, legal, finance and marketing.
Responsibilities-
Generates sales revenue growth by developing and driving business development efforts as affordability; base management, etc across Turkiye
- Working with the local RTM teams and local account execs on the development and implementation of programs in the context of overarching Turkiye’s and regional strategy and country & key account plans.
- Partnering with and managing Trade-in partners, Banks & Fin Techs to develop & adapt business development constructs and to successfully implement with channel partners
- Propose new projects in conjunction with Apple partners and be an end-to-end project leader to ensure flawless execution
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, presenting, approving, implementing and monitoring the offer strategy and go-to-market strategy.
- Consistently maintain an innovative and competitive approach to our proposals, consistently striving for new, effective ideas.
- Measure and report the impact and takeaways which can be implemented in future offers.
Ongoing reporting and analysis of affordability programs & offers, understanding and influencing demand drivers with a view to maximizing performance while monitoring performance measurement, KPI’s and enabling dashboard generation.
Minimum Qualifications-
Strong financial know how on affordability schemes in the country
- 10+ years of in-depth experience in business development efforts especially financing /affordability solutions
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Hands on mentality, always ready to put up sleeves to drive for excellence.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into compelling key insights
- Proficient in driving action through collaboration and proactivity, cultivating strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders for optimal outcomes
