Business Development and Marketing Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Specialist for our gaming platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, creative marketing, and the fast-paced world of gaming. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our platform’s visibility, user engagement, and revenue streams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, content creation, community management, and analytics—to ensure that our business and marketing strategies are aligned with both market trends and player expectations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a gaming platform and directly influence its success in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with game developers, publishers, esports organizations, and technology providers.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value and long-term collaboration.
  • Explore new revenue streams, including licensing deals, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote platform features, exclusive content, and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging promotional materials, trailers, and social media content.
  • Manage influencer and content creator collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research on gaming trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify untapped market segments.
  • Monitor player feedback and community sentiment to guide product and marketing decisions.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Building
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives, including online events, tournaments, and live streams.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive gaming community that aligns with the brand’s values.
  • Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Define and monitor KPIs for both business development and marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on growth metrics and ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
