We have an exciting job opening for a Manager in our Holiday Homes segment. The Manager will have ownership of his developed dedicated customer portfolio and be responsible for their management and satisfaction.

Job Description:

Manage both the strategic growth of a business and the day-to-day operational activities.

Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business expansion, establishing partnerships, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving overall success.

Establish rental rates by conducting surveys of local rental rates and considering overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

Advertise vacancies, attract tenants through referrals, and highlight the advantages of location and services offered.

Possess a good understanding of the short-term lettings market in the UAE.

Follow up on leads for short-term lettings business and maintain an active pipeline through effective lead generation, outreach, and follow-up.

Act as the main point of contact for investors, landlords/owners, articulating the benefits of short-term lettings and introducing new ideas.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for holiday homes.

Manage guest reservations and inquiries across multiple booking platforms.

Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a memorable stay.

Oversee smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and maintenance.

Build and maintain relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

Meet or exceed revenue and occupancy targets.

Handle DTCM unit permit applications for all properties.

Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property valuations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Property Management System (PMS) is a plus.

UAE driving license and ability to commute.

Proficiency in English.

50% Profit sharing. No fixed salary.
