Responsibilities
Sales & Counselling
Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.
Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
Team Support
Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.
Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.
Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
Experience in the coaching, health, fitness, or education industries is a plus.
Ability to support and train junior team members in telesales techniques and objection handling.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting.
A growth mindset with an interest in continuous learning and development. Interview Process
