Business Development Associate

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and making presentations. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience(Hands-on sales and convincing experience mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google sheets.● Good communication skills and quick learner.
  • Immediate joiner.
  • Must have a laptop.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • -Identifying and onboarding individuals who are a good fit for the job
  • -Managing partner retention and engagement
  • -Gaining hands-on experience in ground-level operationsRequirements:
  • -Fluent in English & Hindi (Local Language is a plus)
  • -Street-smart, hardworking & proactive
  • -Comfortable working 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week
  • -Must own a two-wheeler for field travel
  • - Pursuing graduation/graduated last year. (Past experience in start-ups will be an added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
