About Us
At WillShall Consulting, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive. If you’re passionate about building global client relationships and driving digital business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and connect with potential clients across international markets.
  • Draft and submit compelling business proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Work consistently to achieve monthly business development targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 6 months – 3 years in business development, sales, or digital services.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
  • Skills: Excellent English communication (both written & spoken).
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with online bidding/lead generation platforms.
