TEN is a Interior Architecture & Design firm headquartered in London specializing in providing interior architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement and other consultancy services to commercial and real estate investors, developers and operators in the hospitality (Hotels and F&B) and residential sectors. We are focused on balancing our clients' commercial aspirations with creative solutions that enhance the marketability of their projects. We are also present in Dubai , Riyadh and Cape Town - we are looking to grow our presence in the UAE market and are looking for an ambitious and talented Business Development Associate to join us.


Role Description

TEN is looking for a full-time Sales & Business Development Associate with local experience in real estate, hospitality and residential development in the UAE and GCC markets. Experience in the architectural, Interior design or design supply industry in UAE will be most favourable. Reporting and working directly with the Founder and Managing Director you will be required to bring your experience, enthusiasm and proactive approach to this role. This is a hybrid role with the option to work flexibly from home.


As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:


  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
  • Providing timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or alternatively long experience of sales
  • Excellent English language skills aside from being native Arabic
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the UAE developers in residential, commercial or hospitality
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the design industry in Dubai is essential
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proven ability and track record in lead generation in the UAE market in Dubai
  • Strong understanding of the real estate, hospitality, development market in the Dubai and the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial & self-starting approach to the role
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on developing long-term client relationships.
