Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive – Influencer Marketing to drive growth by acquiring new clients, managing influencer partnerships, and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset with hands-on experience in influencer marketing, client pitching, and campaign management. This role blends business development, marketing strategy, and relationship management to fuel the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients to pitch influencer marketing services and close business deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and influencer networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Assist in developing proposals, campaign strategies, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to enhance business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and revenue of the company.
• Maintain client retention through effective communication and performance-driven results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an influencer marketing or digital agency environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in pitching, onboarding, and managing clients.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Should be able to commute to the office and start immediately.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Comfortable working in an onsite setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
