We are expanding our presence in the GCC and are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets for Stimes ERP and other software solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver customized software presentations and product demos in coordination with the technical team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and presales teams to create proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows (like GITEX), and industry networking events.
• Maintain the CRM database and prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software sales / ERP sales / IT solutions (preferably in the UAE).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• UAE driving license preferred.
