Role Overview

We’re looking for a Night Shift Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, Upwork bidding, market research, and client acquisition — driving growth through strategic outreach and effective communication.

🕓 Shift: Night (Pakistan Time)

🏠 Onsite role – Johar Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Manage and optimize bidding activities on Upwork to secure relevant projects.
• Create and deliver personalized proposals and client pitches aligned with project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaborations.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on growth strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
• Proven expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be based in Lahore or within a commutable distance.
• Availability for night shift hours.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional.
