Role Purpose
Drive business growth and brand presence within the OE dealer network across the assigned region. The Business Development Manager will act as the key liaison between the company and dealership management, focusing on relationship building, solution selling, and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s car care programs at OE dealerships.
Core Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with OE dealership management teams (Dealer Principals, Service Heads, Bodyshop Managers, CRM Heads).
Promote the company’s car care products and programs as part of the OE dealership service offering.
Ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction among dealer decision-makers and workshop teams.
2. Business Development & Growth
Achieve regional sales and penetration targets by driving adoption of the company’s solutions across dealerships.
Identify dealership-level opportunities to increase product usage, visibility, and workshop revenue.
Coordinate with distributors and supply chain teams to ensure seamless availability of products.
3. Program Implementation & Support
Oversee the execution of OE -approved programs, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timelines.
Conduct review meetings, training coordination, and product showcases at dealership level.
Support dealerships during audits and business reviews.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Capture insights on dealership performance, competitor presence, and customer preferences.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Head / Senior Manager on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
5. Collaboration & Representation
Work closely with OE regional teams, internal marketing, and training departments to align initiatives.
Represent the brand at dealership events, regional exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Profile Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years and above in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Relations in industries such as:
Automotive (Dealerships, Accessories, Aftersales)
Hospitality / Airlines / Retail / Luxury / FMCG / Corporate Services
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
High emotional intelligence and consultative approach.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with travel.
Geography: Based in the regional HQ (Delhi / Mumbai / Chennai / Kolkata, etc.), covering respective regional dealerships.
Travel: 60–70% within assigned region.
Personal Attributes
Polished, professional demeanor with strong relationship-building ability.
Confidence to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Passionate about customer experience and long-term business partnerships.
Energetic, proactive, and capable of handling multiple dealerships independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
