Sales Representative (Remote – Moving & Transportation Industry)

We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and persuasive Sales Representative & Business Development Associate to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for cold calling, warm follow-ups, and lead nurturing to help our U.S.-based clients grow their customer base and revenue.

This role offers incredible growth potential; you’ll start part-time, and as you prove your performance, you’ll transition into a full-time role with increased earnings and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell moving and transportation services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Cold call, follow up, and close leads confidently, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs and match them with service solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and CRM engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine lead generation and service delivery strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position services effectively.

Qualifications:

Fluent English with a clear, professional American accent (mandatory)
1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the moving, logistics, transportation, or service industry
✔ Demonstrated success in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B/B2C sales
✔ Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value with clarity
✔ Skilled in objection handling, follow-up techniques, and deal closing
Experience with CRMs (SmartMoving, Movegistics CRM, MoverBase, GoHighLevel, etc.) and familiarity with basic sales reporting tools
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and priorities
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven — you love competition and results
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity during U.S. hours

Hardware & Work Requirements:

  • Computer: Intel Core i5 or higher, 8GB+ RAM (Core i7 preferred; dual-screen setup a strong plus)
  • Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps wired (Ethernet) connection
  • Headset: Professional USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.
  • Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free environment with a proper desk setup
  • Power Backup: Required to maintain consistent uptime during working hours

Salary & Work Schedule:

Starting Salary: $3 USD/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses.
Schedule: Start part-time (20–25 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role (40+ hours/week) based on performance
Working Hours: U.S. Pacific/California Time Zone
Remote Role: Work from anywhere while helping U.S. companies grow their operations.
