Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and updates.
- Assist with the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Follow up with candidates for completion of pre-hire steps (assessments,
requesting documents, communicate 1st day details, etc).
- Write and post job descriptions
- Create job openings through various channels (Indeed, universities, HRIS system, etc.)
- Maintain candidate records in the tracking system
- Communicate with leadership regarding candidates and job descriptions
- Develop new recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding and orientation duties
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate with Human Resource leadership to forecast future hiring needs
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting role
- Must be bilingual (English and Arabic) - Native English speaking preferred
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with United States HR a plus
General Requirements:- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills (Active listening).
- Ability to collect data and learn quickly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes.
- Fully Bilingual (English).
- Your PC or Laptop (A Wired connection to your modem is recommended)
- Headset with noise cancellation / quiet place to work.
- This job is remote, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.
