The First Sol is a growing software agency specializing in Web, Mobile App, and Backend development using React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native. We are expanding our client base in the U.S. and global markets, and we are seeking an Associate Business Developer to support our growth by generating high-quality leads, assisting with client communication, and fostering strong business relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development (IT industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelance/business platforms will be a plus
