Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Propacity is a fast-growing real estate technology and mandate services company helping developers accelerate sales through data-driven strategies, marketing intelligence, and end-to-end execution. We are expanding our builder partnerships and looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for real estate developers (builders).
  • Pitch Propacity’s mandate offerings and clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, Directors, and Sales Heads.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture mandate opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand project needs and position Propacity as a strategic partner.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to prepare proposals and drive mandate closures.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (real estate sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and interact confidently with senior decision-makers.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field meetings.
  • Knowledge of real estate mandates, developer ecosystem, or project sales is an advantage.
