We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT services sales. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, and supporting sales growth for our IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through online research, social platforms (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
Client Engagement
- Explain company services such as software development, web/app development, digital solutions, IT consulting, etc.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain professional communication and understand client requirements.
Sales & Conversions
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals under guidance from senior BD / Sales Manager.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM updates, lead status, and sales activity logs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver client requirements smoothly.
- Provide regular updates on lead progress to management.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development life cycle, and tech terminology.
- Ability to build relationships and handle client interactions confidently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach.
