Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Associate who understands creative services, design-led projects, and bespoke art production. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting creative ideas into successful business engagements.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and an appreciation for art, materials, and execution processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibitions, museums, events, film & media, and government/institutional projects,architecture firms, interior designers, corporates, hospitality, real estate,
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, presentations, and studio walkthroughs
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear commercial proposals
- Prepare estimates, quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to project handover
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions professionally
Market & Brand Development
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Represent Offish at industry events, exhibitions, design forums, and client meetings
- Assist in strengthening the studio’s brand presence and network
- Support marketing initiatives, portfolios, presentations, and pitch decks
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in:
- Art studios / design studios
- Architecture or interior firms
- Experiential, exhibition, or fabrication companies
- Creative production or film/art services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand design concepts, materials, scale, timelines, and execution challenges
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
- Comfortable with site visits, meetings, and travel when required
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Exposure to custom fabrication, sculptures, murals, installations, or large-scale artworks
- Network within architects, designers, corporates, or government bodies
- Basic understanding of costing, BOQs, and production workflows
- Passion for art, design, storytelling, and experiential spaces

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
