Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving growth across both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by developing and managing high-value relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a polished and driven professional with excellent communication skills , a proven track record in business development , and the ability to confidently engage with U.S.-based clients . This individual will play a key role in expanding our business through strategic outreach, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development initiatives for both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by identifying and engaging with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts, performance, and results.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during client calls, meetings, and presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles, preferably in an international or U.S.-focused market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional-level English fluency.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Highly polished, refined, and confident demeanor to represent the firm effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.
