Business Development Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support and execute sales and growth initiatives within the IT/tech industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, capable of handling lead generation independently, and motivated to contribute to revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can actively identify business opportunities, engage prospects, and support the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other relevant platforms
  • Identify and approach potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Prepare customized proposals and handle project bidding
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate prospect and client data
  • Schedule meetings and conduct follow-ups with leads
  • Prepare presentations, business profiles, and sales documents
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support senior BD team in negotiations and deal closures
  • Meet assigned monthly/quarterly lead generation targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Understanding of sales funnels and client acquisition strategies
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
