Business Development Associate

AssociateJob Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales

opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively selling our IT

solutions and services. You will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our

market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions and services to meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and develop relationships with new clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our IT solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales techniques to enhance the sales process.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies, optimize lead generation campaigns across various platforms, qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target market and service offerings.
  • Stay informed about the latest sales methodologies and tools to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and business performance.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in utilizing platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn, and CRM systems for lead generation.

· Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles, adept at leveraging online channels effectively.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

· Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
