Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT/software markets

Generate leads through online platforms, professional networks, and outbound outreach

Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations for software development and IT services

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with suitable software solutions

Assist senior management in negotiations, deal closures, and contract discussions

Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system

Track and manage sales pipeline and business development activities

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales , preferably in a software services or IT company

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)

Basic understanding of software development services and the software project lifecycle

Ability to research international markets and identify potential clients

Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and online business development channels

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the IT/software industry
