Prime Educational Hub (PEH) is hiring a motivated Business Development Associate to drive enrollments, generate leads, and build strong client relationships to support our growth.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and individual segments
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and partnerships
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow ups with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Support proposal writing, quotations, and closing deals
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Assist in developing corporate packages and training solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or education/training sector is a plus
  • Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
  • Self motivated and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
