Job Summary: The Outsource Associate is responsible for the end-to-end management of deliveries within specialized and remote service zones. This role focuses on bridging the gap between third-party carriers and internal operations to ensure that shipments in non-standard areas are executed with precision. The Associate acts as a critical problem-solver, managing real-time escalations, optimizing routes for challenging territories, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy to drive cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outsource Management: Oversee and monitor all deliveries assigned to remote and special zones.
• Partner Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between third-party carriers and internal dispatch teams
• Strategic Routing: Plan and support delivery routes for challenging or non-standard service areas.
• Escalation Handling: Resolve day-to-day operational issues, delays, and transit exceptions in real-time.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to internal teams and manage queries via email and calls.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare daily operational dispatch reports and ensure proper documentation of all shipments.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures within the outsource category.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain .
• Proven track record of working with professional organizations for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (required for daily interaction with USA stakeholders).
