Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation & outreach via LinkedIn, Upwork & Fiverr
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Market research & competitor analysis
• Track and report on sales activities and performance

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
