As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support client acquisition and business expansion in the IT managed services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings and support the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Conduct market research and build professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT services and managed service solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
