Mindwhiz is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in staff augmentation, IT services, and recruitment solutions. We help businesses connect with top-tier talent while delivering customized IT services. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support client acquisition and business expansion in the IT managed services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, and online research.
  • Generate qualified leads and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and support the complete sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research and build professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for international clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and managed service solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
