We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive mutual fund sales and distributor engagement in the Jaipur region. The role involves managing relationships with IFAs and NDs, conducting client meetings and sales events, and supporting business development initiatives.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a BDA?
Sales & Relationship Management:
  • Drive sales by managing relationships with Individual Distributors (IFAs) and National Distributors (NDs).
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by engaging with distributors and ensuring consistent business growth.
Client Engagement & Meetings:
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and group interactions with distributors to strengthen relationships.
  • Actively participate in branch-level sales enablement activities, such as Investor Awareness Programs and Distributor Large-Format Meetings.
Business Development & Market Outreach:
  • Identify opportunities to expand distributor engagement and enhance mutual fund distribution.
  • Support the execution of distributor training, product discussions, and business-building initiatives.
Reporting & CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all meetings and interactions in the CRM system on, preferable on a daily basis.
  • Provide timely updates on distributor feedback, market trends, and sales performance.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development, preferably within mutual funds, insurance, or financial services.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
  • Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products; prior experience in BFSI is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates solid sales acumen and strong relationship management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Comfortable participating in group meetings and large-format events.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with the geography of Jaipur is essential.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • A valid NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributor Certification is required before commencing work.
Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
