Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
· Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, networking, and online channels.
· Schedule and conduct client meetings or discovery calls.
· Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Track and report sales metrics and client interactions.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
· Collaborate with internal recruitment and outsourcing teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
· Act as a liaison between clients and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
· Assist in responding to tenders and RFPs relevant to manpower, PRO, and outsourcing services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· A proactive attitude with a passion for growth and learning.
· Experience in the outsourcing, recruitment, or HR services industry is highly preferred.
· Knowledge of the Outsourcing/Manpower activities is a must.
· Bilingual – Arabic and English speaker.
· Working knowledge of local labor laws and manpower regulations in Qatar is an advantage.
