Business Development / B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development / B2B Sales specialist to join our team.

Location: Noida Sector 62 (work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events
  • Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events
  • Engage with prospects to ascertain their needs and provide information about our products/services
  • Evaluate leads and maintain the lead database for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine lead generation tactics for B2B events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in marketing / business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
