Summary of Role

This role focuses on deeply engaging with the core Middle East beauty market to drive business success and regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local beauty industry, coupled with established networks and relationships with beauty merchants in the region, enabling them to identify and capture market opportunities. A key aspect of the role includes delivering on clear performance targets, with well-defined incentives tied to achievements. Additionally, the position offers significant career growth potential, fully aligned with the company’s strategic expansion goals in the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Merchant Resource Development & Maintenance: Proactively identify beauty brand owners and distributors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, build long-term cooperative relationships, and expand the regional cooperative merchant database.
• End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Independently manage requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and coordinate with the operation teams to ensure the implementation of cooperation terms and achieve cooperation goals.
• Performance Achievement & Optimization: Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and GMV, track data, analyze bottlenecks, and drive strategy optimization to meet targets.
• Market Information Feedback: Monitor local beauty consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes, produce analysis reports to support the company’s strategy adjustment.

Job Requirements

Resources & Experience:

• Possess local beauty brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia / the UAE; candidates with established cooperative channels are preferred.
• Candidates with business development or operational experience in the beauty category on leading e-commerce platforms will be strongly preferred.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English&Arabic, capable of independent communication as the working language.

Competencies:

• Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills, able to work under performance pressure.
• Keen understanding of Middle East beauty market trends and consumer preferences.
