Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify U.S.-based prospects, including private practices and healthcare clinics.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documents.
  • Support and participate in virtual meetings and demos with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to support negotiations and deal closures.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Keep CRM records up to date using platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Share weekly reports covering outreach activity, conversions, and lead progress.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development within medical billing or healthcare services.
  • Exposure to U.S. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare technology is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools.
  • Familiarity with U.S. medical billing platforms such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, or Athenahealth is preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
