Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify U.S.-based prospects, including private practices and healthcare clinics.
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documents.
- Support and participate in virtual meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to support negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep CRM records up to date using platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Share weekly reports covering outreach activity, conversions, and lead progress.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development within medical billing or healthcare services.
- Exposure to U.S. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare technology is a strong plus.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools.
- Familiarity with U.S. medical billing platforms such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, or Athenahealth is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance is an advantage.
