Position Overview

Paxton Marketing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as Appointment Representatives. This role plays a critical part in supporting our clients by managing inbound and outbound communication, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor on every call, and are committed to consistent performance in a structured environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $17/hour (~$35,360 annually)
Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential
Top Performers: $60,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
Qualify leads and schedule appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Execute structured follow-up processes to support appointment show rates
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance benchmarks
Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain consistent results

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain professional and composed in high-volume environments
Comfortable managing multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic
Prior BDC, customer service, or call center experience preferred, but not required
