Role Overview:

We are hiring Business Development Consultants to join our expansion in the UAE. The role starts on a commission-based structure for the first three months and transitions into a competitive salary plus incentives upon successful performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert high-value leads across government, enterprise, and private sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Represent hashinclu.de’s solutions in business meetings and presentations.
• Work independently to achieve defined sales and business expansion goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai market; government sector exposure is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

• Commission-based for the first 3 months.
• Transition to a competitive salary + incentives based on performance.
