Right Start Business Management is looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant (Russian Speaking) to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Position: Business Development Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Starting from AED 4,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with Russian-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Promote the company's services and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (business setup/consulting in UAE is an advantage).
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
