We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Lead to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment business development, someone who thrives on winning new clients, building lasting partnerships, and driving revenue growth across specialist markets.
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across the energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, and IT sectors, collaborating closely with our 360 consultants and leadership team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

Lead client meetings, proposals, and presentations to secure new recruitment partnerships.

Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure client needs are met and service levels exceed expectations.

Create and execute targeted BD campaigns, including outreach, events, and networking strategies.

Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client events, both locally and internationally.

Regular travel across the region to meet clients and support business growth initiatives.

Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue performance.

Stay up to date on market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the recruitment, staffing, or professional services sector.

Strong network and commercial understanding within one or more of the following markets: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable with regular travel and external client engagement.

Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
