We are seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Job Responsibility:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
3. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
4. Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and client communications.
5. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
6. Participate in networking events and conferences to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Coordinator or similar role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.
