Marketing Specialist

We are searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products and services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth through targeted campaigns, market research, digital engagement, and effective communication strategies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of marketing plans and achieve the agency KPI target.
Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Analyze and share reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
Coordinate with the regional marketing team in participation with regional projects/campaigns for MSC Saudi.
Support in Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and boost sales.
Create the campaigns’ emails for local events.
Manage social media accounts of MSC Saudi in coordination with marketing global team and support other teams in community management and digital campaigns.
Contribute to development of CRM project for the company.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to make sure of the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Create content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
Support in market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university

2 years at least experience in marketing

Has digital background including PPC
Experienced in events

Good Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Good knowledge of analytics software
Strong communication and writing skills.
Creative and analytical thinking for problem-solving
Organizational skills
Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
Experience in copywriting and graphic design
Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting
