About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Head of Global Business Development in driving Poulta’s global growth strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution in a rapidly scaling organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and understands the challenges of building global operations.

You will assist in developing workflows, designing performance metrics, preparing business proposals, and coordinating initiatives across multiple departments and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Support

Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents for global stakeholders.

Conduct market and business analysis to inform international expansion and partnership strategies.

Help design and implement internal performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI systems for business development teams.

Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and process improvements.

Prepare reports and executive presentations for leadership and board reviews.

Cross-Department & Regional Coordination

Coordinate between global business development teams and departments such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Facilitate information flow and alignment across regions and teams to support rapid expansion.

Project & Process Management

Support ongoing business projects, ensuring clear timelines, documentation, and results tracking.

Help develop scalable workflows and tools to streamline cross-market collaboration.

Contribute to partner management, stakeholder communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the Head of Global BD.

Operational & Administrative Support

Prepare meeting notes, briefing materials, and correspondence.

Manage scheduling, coordination, and logistics for business meetings, travel, and global events.

Maintain organized documentation of business proposals, contracts, and communications.

Requirements

Experience

1–3 years of experience in business development, strategy, project coordination, or business analysis.

Prior experience or familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth, or start-up environments is essential.

Exposure to technology, agriculture, or agri-tech sectors is preferred.

Understanding of international business operations or cross-functional work is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

Strong business analysis and data interpretation capabilities.

Ability to design and manage performance metrics and reporting systems.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment where adaptability is key.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Airtable, or Monday.com).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
