Business Development Coordinator

EXP Arabia is seeking a versatile, experienced, and reliable “Business Development Coordinator” with the following requirements:


  • Participate proactively in sourcing, identifying, filtering, and organizing potential opportunities.
  • Lead registration, pre-qualification, qualification, and submittal development efforts with target national and GCC clients and entities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and key point-of-contact communications with representatives of key national and GCC clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and periodically report market trends and developments.
  • Take ownership of organizing Business Development Records and Documentation including registration logs, submission logs, pipeline milestone logs, and others.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to build technical and commercial proposals and take ownership of activities of employer on BD portals.
  • Represent the company at meetings and conferences, document minutes, and organize Business Development Back End.
  • Maintain updated research of local price points, project award values, and relevant key market parameters.

Background and Qualifications

  • 4-6 Years of Experience in Business Development or related areas.
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Fluent in English at a business capacity.
  • Demonstrated capability of engaging with expatriates, western nationalities, and local nationals.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities and solid engineering/construction market expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to write proposals and commercial offers.
  • Experience prequalifying, qualifying, and registering with local PIF entities.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering projects, milestones, activities, and deliverables.
  • Self-starter and proactive periodic reporter with a bias for thorough documentation and organization
  • Knowledge with ISO 9001 documentation procedures is a major plus
  • Previous experience in document control is a major plus
