Junior Business Development Specialist | Chinese Speaker

Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the human capital management sector, is actively seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and approach potential Chinese clients through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Communicate with Chinese companies to understand their recruitment and HR service needs.
• Present the company's recruitment and HR solutions professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend client meetings (online and offline).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for sales and business development.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the recruitment or HR services industry is a plus.
• Experience communicating with Chinese clients or companies is preferred.
