Business Development Coordinator
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Development Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to work closely with senior leadership, technical experts, and projects team to support pipeline development, proposal execution and client engagement activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support pipeline shaping and opportunity development activities aligned with regional growth strategies and priority markets within the UAE
Assist with the identification, qualification and tracking of opportunities from early identification through award
Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, including prequalification documents, EOIs, and full technical and commercial proposals
Interface with engineering, project management, finance, legal, and risk teams to gather inputs and ensure compliant, high-quality submissions
Prepare and maintain business development reports, dashboards, and management briefings related to pipeline health, pursuits, and win-loss performance
Perform detailed reviews of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to support compliance assessments, submission planning, and proposal organization
Support capture planning activities, including opportunity research, client intelligence gathering, and development of value propositions
Engage professionally with clients, partners, and senior internal stakeholders, supporting meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions
Maintain accurate and timely opportunity data within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ensure integrity and transparency of the opportunity pipeline through consistent data entry and regular updates
Support market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts to strengthen pursuit positioning
Foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of BD and proposal processes
Perform other business development and proposal-related duties as assigned
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, proposals, or commercial support roles within an engineering, infrastructure, or professional services environment
UAE market experience, with understanding of local clients, procurement practices, and market dynamics
Solid understanding of the proposal lifecycle, including prequalification, tendering, reviews, and submissions
Experience preparing BD and pipeline reports, forecasts, and management summaries
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems for opportunity tracking and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and technical professionals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to both technical and non-technical proposal content
Professional presence and ability to represent Parsons positively with clients and partners
