Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the education sector, particularly in university outreach and corporate training partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong institutional and corporate relationships, and driving strategic alliances to expand our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting universities and corporates.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, universities, and training heads of corporates.
  • Identify client needs and propose customized training or education solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of programs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education outreach, university collaboration, or corporate training sales.
  • Strong network within academic institutions and corporates preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
  • Passionate about education and lifelong learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi G.P.O., Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales in Education Industry: 5 years (Required)
